Returns Policy
At Laretta, each garment is made to order with artisanal care and attention to detail. Even so, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to make a return. Here's how it works:
⏳ Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
📦 Return Conditions
- Garments must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or in equivalent packaging that protects the garment properly.
- We do not accept returns of customised or made-to-measure products.
- If the item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Log in to your customer account on our website.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the relevant order and click on “Request Return”.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will generate a return label and send it to you by email.
💸 Refund
- Once the garment has been received and reviewed, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 working days.
- The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
- The cost of the return shipping, detailed below, will be deducted from the total refund.
